GET-ILL INC RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GET-ILL INC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we currently accept returns and exchanges only under specific conditions.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items returned damaged due to customer misuse

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery

SIZING DISCLAIMER

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Because products are made-to-order, GET-ILL INC does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@getillinc.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production or shipment processing begins.

Because many items are produced on demand, orders cannot always be canceled once fulfillment has started.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If approved, replacement items will be shipped after review of the claim.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by GET-ILL INC.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. GET-ILL INC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
