GET-ILL INC SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

At GET-ILL INC, our goal is to provide quality streetwear with reliable shipping and responsive customer support. We work hard to ensure every order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.

SHIPPING

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

After shipment, most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume releases, or carrier delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply on qualifying orders.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by location. For international shipping inquiries, please contact:

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact support@getillinc.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the shipping address provided at checkout was correct and the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may assist with a replacement order when applicable.

Please note:
GET-ILL INC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors before contacting support.

Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect shipping address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • or an unclaimed package

additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

PAYMENT & ORDERS

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered during checkout before payment is completed.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@getillinc.com.

Once an order has entered production or shipment processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Cancelled Orders

For security purposes, some orders may be automatically canceled if flagged by our payment security or fraud prevention system.

If you believe your order was canceled in error, please contact us for assistance.
